Procedures :
1. Buyer send ICPO and BCL with full banking information to the seller.
2. The Seller sends FCO to the buyer.
3. Buyer signs and returns the FCO.
4. The Seller sends The Selling Contract,
5. Upon acceptance of draft contract, Buyer and Seller executes the contract.
6. Buyer and Seller sign NCND and MFPA.
7. Buyers and Sellers Banks communicate and agree on the final wording of DLC.
8. Seller�s bank notifies the Buyer�s bank that they are ready to issue non-operative 2% PB to the
buyer�s bank.
9. The 2% PB will be placed in buyers bank account Should the seller fail to supply the cargo of the
product, this 2% will be paid to the buyer and Intermediaries accordingly as compensation.
10. Seller�s bank issue non-operative 2% PB to the Buyer�s bank.
11. Buyer�s bank issue 100% irrevocable, transferable /Non-Transferable, revolving, DLC for each
cargo shipment of monthly delivery activated 2% PB.
12. Sellers bank issue to buyers bank the proof of product (POP).
13. The SGS inspection charges will be borne by the seller.
14. Shipment commence as per contract.
15. Buyer releases payment to the Seller and all Brokers/Agents same time out-turn shipment
delivered per slot via SWIFT fund transfer within 23 banking days after discharge of cargo and
receipt of all the relevant shipping documents.
NAME FOR ICPO/LOI AND BCL WILL BE RELEASED UPON NCND AND IMFPA
